Dr. Meghan Randolph, BCBA, LBA

Owner and Clinical Director

SOS Feeding Therapist

 

A seasoned professional in the field of behavior analysis, Meghan holds a Doctorate of Behavioral Health from Arizona State University. With a strong foundation in psychology, Meghan earned her bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University and her master’s degree from Purdue University Global. She further expanded her expertise by completing a graduate certificate in Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati.

A dedicated advocate for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities, Meghan has been working in the field since 2002. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2020, following years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

When not immersed in her professional pursuits, Meghan enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. You might find her attending concerts, sporting events, or embarking on adventures like camping and road trips.


Ashley Fagundo, BCBA

Assistant Clinical Director

After graduating from Old Dominion University in 2016, Ashley went on to earn her Master’s degree from Capella University in 2022. She has approximately eight years of experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and joined Sunshine Behavioral Consulting in 2020, where she has been a valued team member. Most recently, Ashley achieved her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, reflecting her advanced expertise in the field.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys arts and crafts, spending time with her dog Arya, and relaxing with Disney movies and a sweet treat. Her passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum has been especially meaningful, driving her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves at SBC.

Sam Tompkins, MS, BCBA, LBA

Assistant Clinical Director


Sam is a dedicated professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate their therapeutic journeys. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from SUNY Oneonta and earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), Samantha focuses on delivering evidence-based interventions that prioritize clinical excellence and compassionate care. Currently a key member of the team at Sunshine Behavioral Consulting, she is committed to creating sustainable support systems for families and contributing to the growth of the local clinical community.

Outside of her professional practice, Sam enjoys spending time baking, and spending time with her husband and three children. 

Kea Lee, MS, BCBA, LBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst


Kea Lee is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over eight years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She earned her bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, with a minor in Special Education and Psychology, from Old Dominion University in 2015. She later obtained her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2019.

Kea currently serves on the board of the Society for the Expansion of Behavior Analysis (SEBA), where she contributes to advancing the field and promoting greater awareness of behavior analytic principles. She is a strong advocate for assent-based care and is passionate about empowering parents to better understand and support their children through effective communication and compassionate approaches. She also enjoys teaching others how ABA can be meaningfully applied in everyday life.

Outside of her professional work, Kea enjoys relaxing on the beach, exploring local wineries, and spending time with friends and family.


Tyler Sellers, BS Early Childhood Education

Teacher / Homeschool Enrichment Specialist 


Tyler earned his Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the College of Charleston in 2016.

Tyler brings a diverse background in education, having worked as an Assistant Director of an after-school program for grades K–5, an Education Specialist at a children’s museum teaching ages birth to 12, a preschool teacher for ages 1–5, and a first-grade classroom teacher. This year, he will begin training to become a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) and looks forward to expanding his expertise in the field of applied behavior analysis.


Outside of his professional work, Tyler is passionate about the outdoors. He enjoys traveling whenever possible—whether skiing, hiking, camping, mountain biking, or simply spending a relaxing day at the beach.
